This tautologically negates the concept of freewill. It denies that we can be an agent of cause.

An action having a cause doesn’t negate free will. Neither does predestination. Being able to predict what something will do doesn’t change what it does. The notion of a lack of free will is an artifact of belief in a higher power who could control what we do.
