icymi you can reduce the lingering emotional impact of a trauma by making your visualization of it smaller, like literally just shrink it i think meta-level analysis does some of the same things but not all of them and i’m real curious which

Remember, if someone asks how you are doing, reject the concept of introspection. It's the opening move in rejecting emotionalism. I can't predict any flaws in this that don't revolve around feelings (a lie!) and happiness. Either you stop caring or die trying! :)
