No. It is meant for cleaning PC components. Blowing your own carbon dioxide at it is not recommended because it carries moisture in it. That's what canned gas/compressed air is for.

my impression is there are a lot of ways for dust to acquire more structural integrity than one would prefer, unfortunately. smoke is another hazard that way
