you can tell that nobody ever moves back to the midwest from the east coast because there's no potato bread in the midwest if people were going back in any numbers there'd be a goddamned consumer insurgency until that shit was fixed

You seem to be implying that there is a kind of bread not available in the Midwest--a region frequently referred to as "the breadbasket". Maybe try looking for "lefse" in the Scandinavian section of the ethnic foods aisle.
