potato bread is very close to being shelf-stable pancakes, is all i'm saying. there are lots of cloyingly sweet breads that are delightful to eat. I enjoy brioche, also, for example. it's cake though.

anyway recipes are information and as such are far less geographically constrained than they might once have been it is pretty trivial to have potato bread in the midwest bearing this in mind it is not some insurmountable problem

the transfer of knowledge is more significant part so you could just give that information to someone skilled in the making food domain with all the other resources and they culd make the potato bread

like a third party can just move a technical schematization from a current user to a future user without themselves being either? wow, this information thing could be pretty dangerous, has anybody looked into this
