Who ate the biggest advocates these days for the position that high carb/low fat is healthy? Are there any left?

i advocate, have done it for at least 10 years. but here’s averages for 2019 essentially 60% cho & 17% fat


a) i also grew up fat (>15%)
b) i’m also at my leanest (<10%)
c) i’m also feeling the best i ever have

My nutritional theory: eat the most taboo things you can find, so long as they taste good. This has no known health benefits, but it’s definitely funny, and no other diet has known health benefits. [Well, evidence that it’s funny is strong imo, but maybe not everyone concurs.]

If I was gonna do a kamikaze, you know, off a bridge with a bus full of kids and stuff, a convenience store would not be the site of my last meal. I'd wanna… I'd wanna eat something on the brink of extinction, you know, like the last emu. Or meerkat. I bet they'd go down smooth.

I have eaten emus and they are tasty. Fortunately they are not on the brink of extinction. I have not eaten a meerkat. Definitely up for trying.
