One option: Take a hunger suppressant that is an anger suppressant. This can indicate whether “feeling hungry” leads to anger or something else. Another option: take a vacation from your social context and then skip a meal@or two while there

it's definitely practical i do and i think it helps in general but i'm still often enough in a hangry murder haze when i get home afterward
