proposition 1: i avoid letting myself get hungry because i become incredibly hair-trigger irritable proposition 2: i am incredibly angry all the time and self-medicate that with the feeling of satiety is there a difference between these propositions besides basis perspective
it's definitely practical i do and i think it helps in general but i'm still often enough in a hangry murder haze when i get home afterward

My first tip would be to try to move your macros more toward fat and protein but that’s just based on my experiences with hunger
