Also as I have lived, families that had pre-dynastic momentum and lost it can get it back in the next generation. (My grandfather died when my dad was 13, losing momentum, he spent his life rebuilding, I will probably be a dynasty creator)

i think the important thing about being a good dual classed supervillain / paterfamilias is ditching the whole trope where you murder a minion as a punishment for nothing much so as to show how evil you are
