Confirmed, seemed to significantly boost my time in REM and deep sleep. Two nights ago vs last nightpic.twitter.com/VYuluHBF5K

When does it stop making my heart race with hatred?
Uh...what is brown noise?
it's like pink noise, but lower frequency and therefore nicer. (pink noise is like white noise but with distribution density inversely proportional to frequency, which mimics typical noise signals in biological systems.)
The pink noise was one of the most distressing things I've ever heard.
I like red noise: the sounds of rifles, shouting, and the distant strains of The International.
it all just sounds like the word "revisionist" over and over again to me
Tankie.
