Actually, we do. We only care about what they wanted to do with it when they were alive. Part of that is the ability to make a delayed gift of it. If you didn't follow the rules for making it, we don't honor your wishes.

And if you don't like that approach, let me ask you this: are you free to sell or give your body away now, while you're alive? Should you be be able to do in death what you could not do in life?
