Canonically Loki is not Odin's son, he's actually the son of two giants, though Marvel making him Odin's son adds more strife, and Odin IS the Allfather...
Does Loki call Odin "daddy"?

on http://lostsouls.org i translated D&D stone giants, cloud giants, storm giants, and hill giants into felljotnar, skaijotnar, sturmjotnar (love this word a lot), and bergrisar, and then added myrrisar because who doesn't want swamp giants
