Citing Feyerabend is a such an absolutely necessary but deeply unfortunate evil, especially when dealing scientistic idealists that think Kuhn, Popper, Lakatos or whatever flavour of the decade has "figured out" how science "really works".

I like to cut Feyerabend some slack. The man had a rough start to his life, although he probably enjoyed his life in Berkeley more than he ought to have done. I always like the way Paul Churchland cites him.
