They terminated my girlfriend's channel Jungle Jimmy. It broke no rules. @TeamYouTube what the fuck is wrong with you

Yeah that is actually grounds for a lawsuit in my opinion. All of this is an easy win in court.

No it isn't, youtube is not obligated to host anyone on their site and can ban whoever they want. Of course this is fucked up and wrong, but they broke no laws.

That's not how using someone else's website works, dude. Youtube owns Youtube, and everyone who uses it, including uploading to it and benefiting from it in any way, agrees to Youtube's terms of service. *Youtube broke no laws*. We're not disputing whether it's right or wrong.

Which is what Sheepover, the owner of the channel, was doing when she brought "Jungle Jimmy" on as a personality for her channel. Like Keemstar. They can ban whoever the want, but banning someone for being associated with a guy one person doesn't like isn't justifiable.

Yeah, it's within Youtube's right to remove a channel if they wish. I'm not saying that it's justified, because it isn't. So maybe chill out a bit?
