RT if you would watch a TV cookery show where the presenter/chef is disabled, talks openly about it, and mental health, uses chopped/frozen/tinned ingredients, and cooks simple affordable accessible recipes. Because TV commissioners listen to numbers, and this is what I do.

There's very much a need for this. I learnt to cook mostly via tv shows, but they were a lot more accessible back then. The type of programmes we have now (on prime time/wkend at least) aren't really pitched at "starter" level. Have you considered a YouTube series? As a start?

Too exhausting and expensive. I'd need to pay 2 camerapeople, an editor, other people I havent even thought of, and I don't have that kind of money kicking about. Its a nice idea, but needs a mainstream channel really.

Would it be worth talking to YouTube themselves about? They're starting to make their own content, and they'd probably be more willing to try changes in format than traditional channels.
