When I was in college someone told me everyone is a democrat until they’re living well. Then they become republicans. It’s the idea that when you’re struggling you’re more willing to share and once you’re wealthy you don’t want to share a dime. That makes a lot more sense now.

Statistically speaking Republicans give slightly more to charity that Democrats at each income level. Republicans just aren’t fond of giving to the government.

No they aren’t. Conservatives, especially if they are Christian, give more to charity. Donate more money, blood, and adopt more children
-
You mean give to the church not to real people in need.
-
ACTUALLY Church’s build other churches and housing and give to international missions and American missions who also bring essentials with them to give to the locals and raise money for their needs. Christians even offer free pregnancy centers with clothes, diapers, formula
-
Churches have no ability to help people on as universal basis as government, they do not help people outside of their insulated group.
-
No, they cannot give in abundance to different social groups in different areas BUT something is ALWAYS better than nothing.

It’s not the fact that he’s republican. It’s that he’s racist
-
Can you please name a time when he’s been racist?

Exaggerate much Nick? Why not view the entire picture.

Nope, they don't... but isn't it strange that it is the Democrats that are fighting for YOUR rights to vote, while the GOP has openly admitted it is trying to disenfranchise Black people from voting, cuz the GOP can't win on ideas and their platform.

Voter ID laws aren’t suppressing the black vote. They prevent illegal voting/voter fraud.pic.twitter.com/i3g8V0xAwX

There is NO voter fraud, and this is exactly why Trumps fake Voter Fraud Commission was disbanded, cuz, they literally didn't have proof of ANY voter fraud.https://www.austinchronicle.com/daily/news/2017-04-11/court-rules-texas-voter-id-still-racist/ …

Lol. Zero voter fraud anywhere in America? Hahaha. Ok.

NOT even close to enough to warrant voter ID laws. http://nordic.businessinsider.com/shepard-smith-trump-voter-fraud-claims-2017-1?r=US&IR=T …

Can you please list one legitimate situation in which a legitimate citizen of the US cannot get a state issued ID?

people born at home in the south who don't have birth certificates This happens more often to elderly people of color. This has even happened to Veterans.https://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/courts_law/getting-a-photo-id-so-you-can-vote-is-easy-unless-youre-poor-black-latino-or-elderly/2016/05/23/8d5474ec-20f0-11e6-8690-f14ca9de2972_story.html?utm_term=.3ed01a49e2dd …
