1. Monique is mad, rightfully so, that Netflix's refused to negotiate with her.

1. She stated that the opportunities are not there for black female entertainers. 2. She asked her people to boycott Netflix because if WE don't band together on issues of equality, equality will remain a topic of conversation and not a practice in life.

Where you wrong is that WP file EEOC complaints when this happens to them, especially if they fall into a protected class. And before you start I wrote over 15 rebuttals with WP mad cause they didn’t get the job, raise or promotion they thought they deserved.

WP challenge everything when they don’t get something they want. They on the phone, in people’s offices, writing letters, to get the pay/promotion they want. BP never. You have to beg BP to contest getting passed over.

I think Charlemagne had a valid point as well. She hasn’t done anything recently compared to the other comedians and if she’s difficult to work with then she looses out on many opportunities.

I never said she was wrong either. But on this I’m siding with charlamagne. You think Monique is the only comedian to be asked to volunteer her service? That’s not a reason to be difficult. I love what she stands for but this is not the way to go about it.

Where’s the receipt for the blatant racism again? She had every right to be mad at the Netflix deal not offering her enough. I know plenty of people have had job offers that wasn’t what they wanted to “settle for.” But are they boycotting the company? No. They keep it moving.
