FWIW, I was battling some pretty deep depression recently and decided to start exercising a little bit every day. I'm on day 14. The difference is astounding. If you're fat and sad like me, ride the bike for 30 minutes. Even if you suck at it. Not a sermon, just a thought
No matter what gets said on the radio today, THIS is the biggest story…
Down 30lbs. First time I've ever lost weight without a diet. Just making small changes. What ended up working was admitting I don't have enough respect for myself to do better and finding someone that is worth trying to be a better person for. Not a sermon. Just a thought.
Look, the Redskins haven't been impressive tonight. That said, they won the game & the division but to listen to the commentary, you wouldn't even know they were playing in the game. It's all Giants and Eagles. Shameful.
The Eagles loading up the tank job tomorrow by sitting everyone & Washington STILL losing to Nate Sudfeld in a second half comeback would be the perfect setting for me to finally drink myself to death like we all know I'm going to.

I could barely walk up a flight of stairs in February because I was so wretchedly out of shape. Just now I hit 300 total output & broke ten miles for the first time in a 30 minute class. Still a long way to go, but feels damn good. Clock that overall ranks friendos!

Update: down 21 pounds. It's never smart to gloat about weight loss but it's the most I've lost in years so here we are. If you're fat and sad like me, start moving around for 30 minutes a day. Pretty sure it turns you into a better person.

I've been writing a book and exercising for several months. I'm not particularly good at either but it makes me feel less depressed when I'm doing both. Being proactive has yielded better results that wallowing in self pity. Not a sermon, just a thought.

Another issue w/ the Eagles tanking is that it completely obfuscates any accomplishment for Washington. The entire narrative is about how seemingly easy it would have been for them to win if Hurts stayed in the game. We have no idea if that's true but it's the entire conversation

I've watched football all day. The referees have incessantly halted games for ridiculous calls and endless conferences. The ruin everything with their non-stop horse shit but Curtis Samuel gets smashed in the head multiple times without any Official intervention? Word.
