Don't focus on trying to make good art. Focus on making _better_ art. Progress comes in imperceptibly small increments. It's the slow accumulation that yields incredible results.

1. Draw from reference 2. Copy artists you think are good at hands 3. Learn the anatomy. The big forms, the muscles, the movements. 4. Focus on simplifying and exaggerating the forms to make them more believable. 5. Try some imaginative hands to see what you still need to learn.
