Could you explain what this picture means ? I understood that the satellite is in the wrong orbit but I can’t understand it from the picture.

Guessing here: Natal and Ascension Island should've noticed that they were tracking the launch nearly overhead (
@Spaceflight101's bad-inclination pic), instead of well to the north (@arcoholle's ESA-expected plot) -- meaning it's heading way south of the African stations.
