Two-line elements for #Change5 during its parking orbit have been published by @SpaceTrackOrg 265 km x 279 km @ 22.28 deg. Must be data from Guam. Two objects are catalogued 47097/20087A and 47097/20087B for the payload and upper stage, but both have the same orbital elements.
