Ain't no thing. And I hope folks realize what you're saying is not the same as saying they can't enjoy the music/videos. We're guests in the house: act accordingly, respect what that means, honor the fact you were allowed in. But you know how fragile the privileged can be.

They might realize it, they might not. I'm working toward a freedom that knows when to lean in and when to fly back to my flock, bc rage is dangerous labor. But yes I appreciate this reflection. I hope more guests can make this a daily deliberate practice.

Literally what I'm doing in therapy! I hope I can write about it to share with others. It's so hard. It's changing my life.

It's so hard, but anything transformative is. And I have no doubt you'll be able to put the words together. None at all.
