Agreed. Survivors don’t owe society anything. We didn’t ask for this and it’s not up to us to fix it. The responsibility is on everyone

I also find explaining "how it made me feel" to be triggering because you have to put your mind back there to explain the feelings. "Nothing" is probably the best answer. Mine was like being an unwilling spectator.
