@cerothstein Thank you. I wish it was as simple as eat less/weigh less, but it is not, and people give up, and they get sick. They die. -
@mayaREguru Yes. it is a spectrum, a range, a wholistic approach far beyond any easy fix. And each person needs an individualized approach.
