Which people, other than females, menstruate? I’m really fascinated to learn about people without uteruses shedding the lining of said uterus. Why are there not papers published on this incredible phenomenon?

Please don't encourage it

Highly unlikely she’ll answer because even she knows it’s all bolleaux.

Yes, all people who menstruate are female per definition. They may not be feminine, but they are definitely female.
-
Also, imagine thinking blood that comes out of your body doesn't need to be cleaned up
-
Yeah, and never heard of toxic shock syndrome?

Not all female-identified people menstruate. True. Women past menopause who are not on specific HRT do not have a monthly bleed. I can't think of one single post-menopausal woman who takes offence at these posters.

Me neither

Nor me. I didn't even do so when I had to have a hysterectomy before I reached menopause.

I think what we are mostly questioning is "not all people who mentruate are women". Clearly cobblers.

Yes, it is a really upsetting expression. This is the first time I have seen it and I have had to lie down with a damp cloth on my head

Hope you’re OK, Jamie. Sounds like you might be menstruating, if Caroline knows anything.

The thing about Twitter is you see some nonsense, some really out there crap, the sort of stuff that makes you think "please never let me meet this person in real life". This is one of those Tweets.
-
And sadder still, there are 6 people who liked this nonsense.
-
Yeah, but 5 of them are pity likes and the other is her mum
