Which people, other than females, menstruate? I’m really fascinated to learn about people without uteruses shedding the lining of said uterus. Why are there not papers published on this incredible phenomenon?
The term “feminine hygiene” has ALWAYS bothered me. 1) NOT ALL FEMALE-IDENTIFIED PEOPLE MENSTRUATE. NOT ALL PEOPLE WHO MENSTRUATE ARE FEMALE. 2) “Hygiene.” Like bleeding from the womb every month needs to be sanitized or cleaned.pic.twitter.com/OUObUrAad3

Yes, all people who menstruate are female per definition. They may not be feminine, but they are definitely female.

Not all female-identified people menstruate. True. Women past menopause who are not on specific HRT do not have a monthly bleed. I can't think of one single post-menopausal woman who takes offence at these posters.
