Un/popular opinion (bc i have no idea which it is): while mugs are less wasteful at coffee-shops than paper to-go cups, they also lose all the coffee heat within minutes and thus I am always selfishly annoyed by them
THIS IS ALSO MY LIFE STORY: A MEMOIR. I only get to-go cups for this very reason and then I find other ways to fix my carbon footprint bc containing the heat is too important for my general joy in life.

I know, right? I really should learn to just take one of those reusable to-go mugs everywhere with me and ask for my coffee in those.
