Purchased a pair of sunglasses in @century21stores but the woman never put them in the bag! Not impressed at a all!!!

@century21stores I paid for them but the lady behind the counter in the perfume stand didn't put them in the bag -
@century21stores not able to call as I'm from London, but can I pop into the store and get a refund if they haven't got the glasses?
