Very disappointed about the customer service @century21stores. It's unfortunate when a corporation can't properly help it's customer.

@century21stores yes, was told they can't do anything unless I go back to the store. It's an inconvenience with traffic and parking to do soThanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo

@TheBobbyHutch The social team cannot authorize refunds, so unfortunately only customer service can resolve. Can you DM your email?
