@century21stores you guys have a location in Philadelphia Pa. and the sales workers steal from customers...they scan items and tuck the item somewhere or under something and continue to charge the customer and then tells the customer everything was in the bag 12/13/18 7:00 pm

I purchased 3 items on the 23rd of December and only two item were in my bag and when brought to their attention I’m told I should’ve checked my bag before I left...that’s understandable but I only bought three items why weren’t they in my bag to start with they were scanned.

But not put directly in my bag...how do you make sure the cheaper pair goes in the bag but not the more expensive ones but you know what God is going to fix her...I’m not going to press over this but you guys should be aware of some of the locations
