Nope. Not even close. Serious vaccine injury is incredibly rare, and vaccines don't cause autism.

There is a really big range in <1%. For example, with a population of 1,000,000, <1% ranges from 0 to 9,999. That said, vaccines save far more lives than they injure. It’s not close.
