    As we get closer to Thanksgiving and Christmas, we want to encourage everyone to have a relapse prevention plan Defining your sobriety (from any hurt, hang-up or habit) is a great step in avoiding relapse. Go to meetings. Call your sponsor. Serve. Make your recovery a priority.

    I really appreciate all your prayers and encouragement! Cheryl & I are at Scripps preparing for phase 2 of my Cancer treatment. I wanted to share some positive news.The tumor actually shrunk a little due to the nuclear beads that were inserted in my liver! Praise God! John Baker
