You can add location information to your Tweets, such as your city or precise location, from the web and via third-party applications. You always have the option to delete your Tweet location history. Learn more
As far as ad revenue, probably not, but there are a few options for at least not losing your content in case you get 3-strikes and they delete you. https://rokfin.com/ seems to be gaining traction among content creators though.
The nearest contender in terms of audience is Vimeo with 240 million monthly viewers. YouTube's audience is 1 billion. There is no competition. That's the problem creators like myself and others keep running up against.

I'm on Patreon. This is not about demonetization or ad issues. This is about one of my videos being arbitrarily removed by some random person without me having any avenue to appeal, which sets a dangerous precedent.
