    The stats actually say more than half are bothered to a greater or lesser degree. I'm bothered by that, and by the use of the ambiguous phrase 'not very bothered', and by the implication that people speaking a language other than English are 'from' another country.

    Journal business model is genius. Academics write and edit papers for them for free. We review papers for submission for free. We sign over rights for free. Our employers, for me the Irish tax payer, then pay exorbitant fees to access our work, work they already pay us to do.
