@ccgus no but iOS builds with Xcode 7.2 and SDK 9.2 bring LC_VERSION_MIN_IPHONEOS error for 9.2 when submitting for review -
@ccgus i think their deployment on the servers is just not in sync -> not so unusual big enterprise problems - sorry Apple you're to big now
