@ccgus It’s a pain but you can reboot and disable SIP temporarily when you want to debug junk like that.
"Message from debugger: cannot attach to process due to System Integrity Protection". So much for debugging Automator actions in 10.11.

@ccgus Hrm. Try running Automator through the debugger. SIP blocks getting the mach task port but I think children are allowed to do so. -

@ccgus I thought you were doing Attach to Process. I've not tried so I was stabbing in the dark there.
