I believe that you lead by example. How can we expect police officers and city workers to follow the law and be accountable and transparent if the very people the top refuse to do so? 2/4

So far the only people that have faced consequences are the two whistleblowers. One quit because she feared retaliation. The other is on unpaid leave since she filed the complaint. This isn't how things are supposed to work. 3/4
