    this is what I love most about & , I can literally go into our 1:1s and constructively attack anything I want and trust that we’ll have a reasonable discussion with a conclusion that makes sense (whether we agree or not) to all parties

    when picking a startup to work at, the most important thing to consider imo is founders’ ability to handle feedback & new ideas bc any part of the company you disagree with, you can discuss with strong arguments & trust the founders to make a reasonable call
