I got pissed off Mitch McConnell and launched a one man boycott of Kentucky Bourbon (better to light a single candle etc.) Was pleasantly surprised to discover Upstate New York produces several damn fine Bourbons and Rye whiskies. Guess I’ll try this next.

Oh, this is the place near Boxcar Donuts & Chicken. If your Sunday brunch consists of Donuts can you consider Bourbon desert? Is a French 75 made with citrus gin an acceptable Mimosa substitute? I think we need to run this experiment.
