SSRN has removed scanned copies pieces preemptively, i.e. before a publisher could possibly have asked about it. They also require English language abstracts even if the piece is not in English. It's useless.

http://Repec.org is way to go. If working papers series is not posted to repec, see https://ideas.repec.org/participate.html … so you can post your paper to the Munich archive for repec. Also, all papers are considered by editors for inclusion in working paper listserves by field (nep).
