    We added 1350 samples from 3 studies to cBioPortal: Pheochromocytoma and Paraganglioma (TCGA, Cell 2017), Metastatic Solid Cancers (UMich, Nature 2017), and Acute Myeloid Leukemia (OHSU, Nature 2018). Also survival data for TCGA PanCancer Atlas + hypoxia scores for bladder cancer

    We added post-translational modification sites to Mutation Mapper in cBioPortal. You can now see if mutations are in or near PTM sites, including phosphorylation, ubiquitination, acetylation, glycosylation, and other sites. Data from dbPTM. Example here:
