In light of our own further review of the doc, coupled with audience reaction, we have decided not to air Transgender Kids. We think there are other docs that better offer insight into the realities of the transgender community and we look forward to airing those in the future.
This doc. is very harmful IMO. I agree with dialogue on all sides, buy when opinions are shown to appear as fact its dangerous. My family is in this doc. We took part as we thought we were helping other families. We feel very deceived about the intention of this doc.

Australian BBC is holding this shameful & misleading piece while it reviews authenticity. Parents in the video were mislead, misrepresented & 'feel deceived'. This should not be aired. Transgender youth are vulnerable citizens of Canada and deserve to be understood & supported
