    Point is regardless of what you choose to eat, & there's likely no single "best diet", we need a food system that provides affordable, sustainable choices. Integration of livestock and plant agriculture is a key part of the circular bio-economy & maintaining/building healthy soil

    Did you know that to fatten livestock, low fat foods are fed to them? Skim milk, grains, etc? Fatty foods make them lose weight.

    My first post-college job was teaching 8th grade literature It required 80 hour work weeks to do it well A good teacher must be a psychologist, a performer, a politician who can make inroads with parents, a master of their subject matter, and a genius planner I was paid $25k.
