If covid/WFH impacted you like it did for me or you think you might fit the bill for ADHD please do this thing for yourself & get it checked out. It was a long & ongoing process but it was worth it to me to get answers 3/5

And now I can learn how to best serve myself and reach my goals, and stop beating myself up for having such a hard time doing seemingly basic things. Hopefully with these answers will come much less stress & anxiety overall! 4/5

Diagnosis is really just the beginning and we have yet to sort out the plan going ahead but I hope to be open about it in the future so that maybe others can be more aware for themselves and for those with ADHD around them
