Today my school was shown this video. So sad how ONLY girls are shown as the violators. I understand why my school has a dresscode, but what about the boys who wear shorts, or show their shoulders? It’s 2018...Why are we still over-sexualizing teen girls?pic.twitter.com/fCXymYAIEG

Because it looks like you're not wearing pants. 😂 seriously, that's the only issue. Once y'all graduate high school you can wear whatever you want. Your school is just asking you not to look like you're simply wearing a t-shirt with no pants. Ive never seen a guy dress this way.

...guys dress out of dress code all the damn time and they dont usually get called out for it. I went to Marcus, i saw this pretty much every day. Also, why did this video only depict girls? What about the guys??

When I was in high school, I saw guys getting dress-coded all the time. It's just not as pressing seeing guys with their shoulders out. What's worse? Seeing a dude's biceps or walking around looking like you're not wearing pants?

My time at Marcus I was written up once for wearing Pajama pants at school. Did it because I saw others doing it. And who were those others? My guy classmates. From personal experience, during my 4 years, guys were almost never called out on it.
