So @drjasonfung do I need to specifically prove wasps nests are harmful to vaginas and harm women in clinical trials (assuming I could get it past an IRB) or is the knowledge that caustic substances likely damage the vagina enough? Your argument says injure the women!

Hypothesis: the "debunkers" are the most likely to question & criticize conventional medicine when it deviates from or strays way beyond evidence-based practice. I see consistency, not hypocrisy.

Dietary recomm change as we progress in knowledge. Dietary recommendations have never been all or nothing. We recommend the (boring) balance, variety, moderation. Try to keep in mind the simple phrase "it's the dose that makes the poison."

Also, to become a medicine, there is a high burden of evidence called phase 1-3 trials. Phase 4 when on market. While not perfect, this system doesn’t exist for quackery.
