@cauce We explain it in the post. The "ads" are emails-even if not sent over SMTP. The violation is that consumers cant opt out@jacaldwell
@jcohen808 @jacaldwell it is ur opinion that the ads are emails even if they aren't send. they do NOT appear in IMAP downloads hence ≠ email
