    Remember the Indiana company Medical Informatics Engineering, Inc. (MIE) #databreach of 3.9 million health care records back in July 2015? For this #HIPAA Violation they now have to pay $100,000 to the @HHSOCR. Violating your medical record is worth 39 cents.
