If this were spam filtering, that would probably be an acceptable %. But these are customers that should have been better vetted, there was much more information on the front end to analyze them in comparison to what a spam filter has to contend with + known BEFORE messages sent.

Plus there's an attitude in their bragging article that seems to act like they're just some innocent bystander doing us all a favor, ignoring the reality that senders are responsible for what they send, and it is particularly insidious when coming from a heavily whitelisted ESP
