The 64% of Americans who support legalization—including half of Republicans—are wondering how an unelected federal official overturned the will of the ~70 million people who live in states that have legalized recreational marijuana—a $9.7 billion industry http://j.mp/2FXJOsx pic.twitter.com/KNXYG6lX7F

With all that's going on, this is what this clown is focusing on? This lump on a log has got to go.

maybe because it is STILL ILLEGAL! no one has changed the FEDERAL LAWS on marijuana. until that happens, he is doing his job! enforcing the law!

That's nice and all. Except that executive departments never have the budget to do EVERYTHING. They all must prioritize elements of their mission for best use of resources. Vigorously enforcing a stupid law the people in the area don't want is clearly not that.

Fool. Sessions might be unelected, but the man who appointed him was elected? What did Trump voters expect?

As much as I support legalization, the Attorney General should enforce US law. The problem is the lawmakers.

Cato’s crusade against Sessions is shameful. This is all you tweet anymore. It’s the law. Sessions’ job is to enforce the law.
