      tells you you are not allowed to run a command as root. But then type "sudo -u#-1 bash". It will give you a root shell. This is a non-standard configuration so normal users are safe. Apple dropped a zero day in sudo before patching it in macOS Catalina. I notified Apple's

      security team over email, although as the vulnerability is already public, anyone putting enough time could find this on their own. Lesson learned? If you find a zero day in a Linux tool, it probably affects macOS too if it's been ported over.

      That's a good lesson, and not to be pedantic, but here's another: sudo is not a Linux tool, it's a Unix tool. It actually predates Linux.

      Lol, GNU should just sell the rights to the Linux Foundation, no one is over going to call Linux, GNU/Linux. It's too long of a name. Also we don't call Debian, Systemd/Linux even though it wouldn't work as well without Systemd. Why not Systemd/GNU/Linux? Used OpenSSL well its
